Paul Sassalos is Vice President, Associate General Counsel and Assistant Secretary of Teledyne Technologies Incorporated. His areas of focus include mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, SEC compliance, environmental, health and safety (EH&S) compliance and ESG reporting. Mr. Sassalos is chair of Teledyne's Enterprise Risk Management Committee. In February 2025, Mr. Sassalos assumed additional responsibilities as Vice President and General Counsel of the Instrumentation Segment - Americas.

Prior to joining Teledyne in 2006, Mr. Sassalos worked in the Corporate Finance Group of the law firm Perkins Coie LLP in Seattle, Washington. Mr. Sassalos has a law degree from Harvard Law School and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Michigan – Ann Arbor. ​​​​
