Tell us a little about your current role and what you enjoy most about it?
Responsible for Planning, Purchasing, Shipping, and Stockroom - Implementing Continuous Improvement Projects and providing knowledge about Lean Tools and Activities within my teams and others at the sites.
What are you most proud of in your life – career, accomplishments, etc. ?
Having an opportunity to have great mentors some of whom were women that provided additional growth opportunities through out my career. This provided me to pay it forward to others both professionally and personally.
What are some of the biggest challenges that women face today? How will these change in the next 20 years?
Recognized as being value added in your leadership role as you speak up when you don’t agree and as you speak about improvements. More woman assigned to leadership positions, still not at the appropriate level/ratio.
