Very service minded, I love to challenge results, leverage team-work and collective accountability to obtain what customer need.

What advice would you give to someone just starting out or making a career change?

With a Business School degree, I have spent all my career in the Semiconductor industry, as a woman with no technical background whatsoever. Nevertheless, I have always considered this as being a strength! By challenging engineers to simplify an issue, it helps them to gain a global vision, to find new solutions and also explain the situation to customers if necessary. Also, I am often able to bring ideas that nobody has been thinking about because I have no technical limitation in mind. It truly helps to stimulate innovation… In summary, be open minded and do not limit your choice by mental barriers! If you are different, it will bring diversity in the organization that you will be able to leverage. ​​​​
