Sean B. O'Connor

Sean B. O'Connor serves as Presdient, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of the Teledyne Environmental and Electronic Measurement Instrumentation Group (“EEMI”) since 2023. Prior to that time, he served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of EEMI since 2018.

The EEMI Group is comprised of Teledyne Test & Measurement (including LeCroy, PSG, Frontline, and OakGate) and Teledyne Environmental Instruments (including Teledyne Advanced Pollution Instrumentation, Teledyne ISCO, Teledyne Hanson, Teledyne Advanced Monitoring Solutions, Teledyne Advanced Chemistry Systems and Teledyne Gas & Flame Detection). The group designs, develops and manufactures high performance oscilloscopes and high-speed protocol analyzers for various communication links, as well as provides a wide range of products used for environmental monitoring, including: air quality and process gas monitoring instrumentation, reliable instruments for water and wastewater sampling and monitoring, analytical test instruments for the pharmaceutical industry, design and manufacture of continuous emission monitoring systems, products for laboratory analysis for measurement of gas flow and vacuum pressure, and fixed and portable gas detectors and controllers.

Mr. O'Connor ​joined Teledyne in 2012 following the acquisition of LeCroy Corporation, where he had been Chief Financial Officer of the publicly traded company since 2005. Prior to joining LeCroy in 2001, Sean held several legal, finance and tax positions at both industrial and public accounting companies.

Mr. O'Connor is a CPA, received his B.B.A. from Pace University and his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law. ​​
