Steven R. Mendiburu is Vice President of Corporate Contracts at Teledyne Technologies Incorporated. In this role, Mr. Mendiburu is responsible for the global leadership and guidance of all contractual matters including procurement, contracts, and compliance. Mr. Mendiburu brings more than 20 years of experience in defense & aerospace and commercial contracting.

Mr. Mendiburu joined Teledyne in 2020. Before joining the company, Mr. Mendiburu held various positions of increasing responsibility within contracts at Raytheon Company in the Space and Airborne Systems and Advanced Concepts and Technologies divisions. Prior to Raytheon, he served on the University of Southern California Contracts and Grants Leadership Team providing contract management and procurement oversight for defense & aerospace research contracts and grants.

Mr. Mendiburu holds a Master of Arts Degree in Business Management from Azusa Pacific University and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from California Lutheran University. He is a member and published author of the National Contract Management Association. ​​​​​​
