The talented people I am privileged to work with and meet, along with the variety of tasks and challenges in a fast-paced environment. No two days are the same!

What advice would you give to someone just starting out or making a career change?

My advice to someone just starting out or making a career change would be to always be open to accepting new tasks. Learn all you can learn about every job you are given. Train others to know what you know, because when they grow it gives you the opportunity to also learn something new. Your value increases as you broaden and increase your knowledge base. Your value does not come from being the only person in the company that can complete a specific task(s). ​​​​
