Of course the people. It’s like a close knit family environment where you get to know each other on a more personal level.

What about your Hispanic heritage has influenced you the most?

My father was born in raised in California, but my grandparents came from Mexico. ​My grandparents (Nana and Papa Joe) raised 12 kids and exemplified what hard work looks like. They loved their kids unconditionally, would do anything for them, worked hard and laughed together. That influenced my parenting and work ethic. Love my life, love my family and work hard for what I want. ​
