How do you connect with your Hispanic heritage?
I connect with my Hispanic heritage by visiting the region where my ancestors are from on an annual basis. I embrace my culture during my visits by enjoying the great food, celebrating holidays and improving my Spanish through conversations. But my favorite way is connecting with older relatives and learning about my culture through their stories.

How do you think working in a diverse and inclusive environment stimulates innovation?
An inclusive environment promotes a safe space for people to share their ideas. By having a diverse environment, you get people together that have different life experiences and outlooks on life, which in turn can produce innovative solutions as they are able to think outside the box when collaborating with one another. ​
