What about your Hispanic heritage has influenced you the most?

My ability to engage people in conversations (literally anyone) is the greatest cultural influence I inherited from my Hispanic heritage. This charismatic way of interacting with people has helped me learn something new from everyone I meet at work in the hallways or in the cafeteria. There is always someone new to talk and learn from.
