Tell us a little about your current role and what you enjoy most about it?
I handle Purchasing, Receiving and Shipping. I enjoy being part of the process from beginning of the product (purchasing) all the way to finished goods shipping. Troubleshooting and making things flow smoother and more efficient that feeling when you finally resolve an existing issue and achieving a good working system is a great feeling, specially with the issues that COVID-19 has presented us in Supply Chain.
What’s the most important part of recognizing the Asian American/Pacific Islander Month?
The most important part of recognizing this month is the fact that AAPI is a mix of different ethnicities and cultures from several countries that have been brought to the US whether to seek to make a better future for themselves but have embraced the US as their own. Celebrating different cultures and ethnicities and learning more about them.
What are you most proud of in your life - career, accomplishments, etc.?
The accomplishment I am most proud of in my life so far is moving to the United States to start a new and getting my Mom here to get better healthcare and have a better future than what we had.
