Teledyne Announces Executive Change

​THOUSAND OAKS, Calif. – June 17, 2014 – Teledyne Technologies Incorporated (NYSE:TDY) announced today that Anna Segobia Masters will become its Vice President-Human Resources and Deputy General Counsel, effective July 7, 2014, reporting to Robert Mehrabian. Robyn E. McGowan, Teledyne’s current Vice President-Administration and Human Resources and Assistant Secretary, will be leaving the company effective July 31, 2014, for health reasons.

Ms. Masters comes to Teledyne from the Los Angeles office of Winston Strawn LLP, where she was a partner concentrating her practice in labor and employment litigation. Ms. Masters has practiced law in this area for nearly 30 years, successfully handling a broad range of employment matters for a spectrum of industries. She has also been an active member of the legal and civil rights communities over most of her career. Ms. Masters received a B.A. from the University of California, Riverside in 1981 and a J.D. from the University of California, Los Angeles in 1984.
