Tell us a little about your current role and what you enjoy most about it?
I oversee Teledyne Microwave Solutions (TMS), which consists of three businesses focused on complex microwave assemblies. Within TMS, I am motivated by my colleagues and the products we deliver. Every challenge becomes another puzzle that can be solved by fitting our pieces together. Each person brings an expertise in their respective field, but only collectively have we been able to deliver success.
Have you drawn professional inspiration from other women? Tell us about someone who has inspired you.
I started my professional career at Teledyne under very strong and successful women who modeled how leaders in business behave—leaders irrespective of gender, not despite or because of it.
Throughout the years, the opportunity to work with and learn from strong women leaders within all layers of the organization has been a consistent thread. My hope is to offer that same encouragement to others who are navigating new opportunities, serving to inspire their growth.
