Tell us a little about your current role and what you enjoy most about it?
In my current role I oversee the Contract Management and Security organizations. I love building a strong team to support the organization and our diverse customer base, especially the warfighters.
What are you most proud of in your life – career, accomplishments, etc. ?
I am most proud of my long career at Teledyne and the contributions I’ve been able to make to Teledyne’s success as an individual contributor and as a team member on many challenging pursuits and programs.
Have you drawn professional inspiration from other women? Tell us about someone who has inspired you.
I was inspired by my brave and independent mother who went to work for the Army at Redstone Arsenal during World War II and retired after 30 years of service. I have also been inspired by all the women who came before us and paved the way for women to be valued and respected leaders in the workforce.
