Mr. Adams has been Vice President, Chief Audit Executive since December 1, 2023. From May 2015 through November 2023, Mr. Adams served as Vice President, Business Risk Assurance. Prior to that, upon joining Teledyne in April 2015, Mr. Adams was Senior Director, Finance.

Mr. Adams serves as Chair of Teledyne's Enterprise Risk Management Committee.

Mr. Adams has extensive experience with multi-national companies in the technology, biotechnology, medical device, manufacturing, and software industries with small, medium and large corporations. Prior to joining Teledyne, Mr. Adams served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of NeuroSigma, Inc., after having served as its Vice President and Controller. Prior to working with NeuroSigma, Mr. Adams provided consulting services focused on technical accounting and controllership services to start-ups as well as multi-national, publicly held companies. Prior to consulting, Mr. Adams served in various leadership roles as a Senior Manager, Associate Director and Director in the SEC Reporting and Corporate Accounting areas at Amgen, Inc. Mr. Adams started his career in the audit practice at Ernst & Young LLP. Mr. Adams has significant experience in complex accounting matters, executing the initial public offering process, partnerships, business acquisitions, licensing deals, finance department restructurings, internal controls, policies and procedures.

Mr. Adams received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management with a concentration in accounting from California State University Northridge. Mr. Adams is an active Certified Public Accountant in California.​​
