What I love most about my job at Teledyne?​

The people. We have an amazing group of people, and my profession is ever-changing to make things better for the organization's human capital. As an HR Director, I love developing friendships, strengthening relationships, and interacting with new people.

How have you juggled both your career and your family?

Yes, I have juggled my career, family, and school all at the same time. I am proud of being the first in my family generation to have received a college degree. I returned to school as an adult with a family of 5. It was not easy to juggle a full-time job during the day and then be a parent/wife in the evenings and finish the night as a student. I am most thankful for my family, that provided me full support during these years and understood the importance of my higher education. I took this life moment to be a role model to my children and exemplify that anything is possible and that things do not come easy, but the results are rewarding. ​
