Where do you get your motivation from and where did you grow up?

I was born and raised in Ventura County. Like many Latino families, my parents immigrated from Mexico to the United States and worked tirelessly to provide for our family and give us the opportunity to obtain a college education and pursue a career. Their determination and work ethic has been a pillar in my life and gave me the motivation to make them proud.
