Currently in my role as Applications Manager, I work with a team of talented developers and administrators who work well together to support our team as well as provide great solutions and tools that benefit our customers. We value each other’s strengths, experiences and knowledge. Our efforts are valued and everyday brings new challenges!

What's the most important part of Black History Month to you?

The most important part of Black History Month to me is that we continue to shine a spotlight on the contributions African Americans​ have made and are making not just in our country but the world at large. I think it is important for people of all ethnic and social backgrounds to learn and discuss not only Black history, but the history of often overlooked groups which have accomplished a great deal to the making of America, so that we gain inspiration to move forward and the knowledge ​not to repeat the mistakes of the past. “A people without knowledge of their past history, origin and culture is like a tree without roots” – Marcus Garvey ​​​​
